Description
The Sun captured in the red spectrum line of Hydrogen Alpha. This is used to study the Sun's Chromosphere, and to observer many other features of the Sun. The inverted Sun shows prominences all along the edge, sunspots that are active regions, and filaments that streak across the surface. Taken on June 22, 2024
